Journal and Publisher Role
Decision-Making:
The Editor has the authority to make decisions regarding manuscripts in consultation with reviewers and members of the editorial board.
Impartiality:
Editors must evaluate manuscripts solely on their scholarly merit, without discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnic background, nationality, or political views of the authors.
Confidentiality:
The Editor and editorial staff are obligated to maintain confidentiality and must not disclose any details about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, editorial advisors, and the publisher, as required during the review and publication process.
