GUIDE FOR AUTHOR

1. Language

Manuscripts must be written in English, using either American or British spelling conventions consistently throughout. Mixing both styles is not permitted.

2. Paper Length

The manuscript should not exceed 15 pages. Submissions longer than this will be returned to the authors for revision. All content—including the main text, footnotes and references—must be double-spaced and typed on one side of A4 paper with wide margins. Authors are encouraged to be concise without compromising clarity.

Note: A fee of $10  USD will be charged for each additional page beyond the 15-page limit.

3- Title Page

The title page should be submitted separately and must include:

·         Title: Clear, concise, and informative. Avoid abbreviations and formulas.

·         Author Names and Affiliations: Provide full names and institutional affiliations. Use lowercase superscript letters to link authors to their respective institutions. Include full postal addresses, country names, email addresses, and phone numbers.

·         Corresponding Author: Identify the author responsible for correspondence during submission, review, and post-publication. Include complete contact details.

·         Funding Information: If applicable, mention any sponsoring organizations or funding sources.

4. Abstract

Authors must provide a brief, factual abstract  of no more than 200 words. The abstract should clearly summarize the research purpose, key methods, main findings, and conclusions.  It must be self-contained and should not include citations unless absolutely essential.

5. Keywords

List up to 8 keywords immediately after the abstract. Avoid general terms, plurals, and compound phrases.

6.. Article Structure

Organize the manuscript into clearly numbered sections and subsections (e.g., 1, 1.1, 1.1.1). The abstract should not be numbered.

7.  Tables and Figures

Tables and figures may be placed at the end of the manuscript or embedded within the text. Note: All content will be printed in black and white.

8.  References

The journal requires the authors to use the  latest Harvard referencing style.

·         In-text Citations: All cited references must  appear in the reference list, and all references listed must be cited in the text. Citations should not be included in the abstract. Unpublished data and personal communications may be mentioned in the text but must not be included in the reference list.

·         Reference List:  references should be arranged alphabetically  by author surname, and chronologically. Multiple works by the same author(s)  published in the same year  must be distinguished  with lowercase letters (e.g., 2023a, 2023b).

9. Submission Checklist

Before submitting, authors must confirm:

1.      The manuscript is original and not under review elsewhere. If portions have been previously published, full citation details are provided.

2.      The  manuscript is submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format.

3.      The manuscript fully complies with all journal guidelines.

4.      Author names and affiliations are not included in the main text to ensure blind peer review.

5.      Author(s) have read, understood and agreed to the journal’s submission requirements.
